Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Treatment Plan Generator or any other AI-powered tool available through Clarity ("the Tools"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Tools.

These Terms apply to all subscribers and users of Clarity, a clinical resource library operated by wellnessworknow ("we," "us," or "our").

Intended Users

The Tools are intended exclusively for use by licensed mental health and healthcare professionals, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
• Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) under clinical supervision
• Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs)
• Psychologists and Psychiatrists
• Medical Social Workers and other licensed healthcare professionals

By using the Tools, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed or supervised mental health or healthcare professional authorized to practice in your jurisdiction.

Nature of the Tools — Not Clinical Services

The AI-powered Tools provided through Clarity are productivity and documentation support tools only. They are designed to assist licensed clinicians in drafting clinical documentation frameworks.

The Tools do NOT:

• Constitute clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Replace clinical assessment, professional judgment, or direct client contact
• Create a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship between wellnessworknow and any end user or their clients
• Guarantee accuracy, completeness, or clinical appropriateness of any generated output

All outputs generated by the Tools are draft frameworks only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving all content before use in any clinical context.

Clinician Responsibility

As a licensed professional, you retain full clinical and ethical responsibility for all documentation and clinical decisions. This includes:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and alignment with your client's individual presentation
• Modifying outputs to reflect your clinical judgment and your client's voice and goals
• Ensuring compliance with your professional licensing board's documentation standards
• Adhering to your employer's or organization's documentation policies

Protected Health Information (PHI)

This includes but is not limited to:

• Client names, initials, dates of birth, or any identifying demographic information
• Case numbers, medical record numbers, or session dates
• Any information that could identify a specific individual

You are responsible for ensuring all inputs are de-identified and that your use of the Tools complies with HIPAA and any other applicable privacy laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. wellnessworknow does not warrant that:

• Outputs will be accurate, complete, or clinically appropriate for any specific client or situation
• The Tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues
• Outputs will meet the documentation standards of any particular licensing board, employer, or payer

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wellnessworknow and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any Tool output
• Clinical decisions made using Tool-generated content
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Tools
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Tools

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Tools is to discontinue use.

Professional and Ethical Standards

Use of the Tools does not modify your obligations under your professional code of ethics, licensing board regulations, or employer policies. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your clinical documentation meets all applicable standards.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Tools following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via the Clarity platform.
